Hey, I want to compare Eplus-simulation-results with other Tools (Trnsys, etc.). For the shading models i got the following parameters:

"Shading-factor": 96,3% of the radiation are not transmitted when shading is active + a schedule for shading with values between 0 and 1. The other tools don't need input parameter like: Reflectance, Infrared Hemispherical, etc. My questions: Are these proper values for WindowsMaterial:Shade?

WindowMaterial:Shade,
    Shade,                   !- Name
    0.036,                   !- Solar Transmittance {dimensionless}
    0.9,                     !- Solar Reflectance {dimensionless}
    0.036,                   !- Visible Transmittance {dimensionless}
    0.9,                     !- Visible Reflectance {dimensionless}
    0.2,                     !- Infrared Hemispherical Emissivity {dimensionless}
    0.036,                   !- Infrared Transmittance {dimensionless}
    0.002,                   !- Thickness {m}
    1,                       !- Conductivity {W/m-K}
    0.05,                    !- Shade to Glass Distance {m}
    0.5,                     !- Top Opening Multiplier
    0.5,                     !- Bottom Opening Multiplier
    0.5,                     !- Left-Side Opening Multiplier
    0.5,                     !- Right-Side Opening Multiplier
    ;                        !- Airflow Permeability {dimensionless}

Thank you very much!

It depends what you want to compare and in what way? If you want to compare energy transmitted through the window then solar transmittance is definitely not the only parameter that is needed.
