Clerestory/light well odd design

Dear All, I am trying to model a building with some light wells. An example can be found in the attached files. I can do the design but now I have to make its roof inclined (please see the second image). The problem I am facing is, I cant extrude that and google sketchup says Offset limited to 0m.
