I am trying to set the initial conditions - Air Temperature and Relative Humidity - of my thermal box. Could you please suggest to me the EnergyPlus objects to control these values?
The temperature and RH are the derived variables in the fundamental ordinary differential equations. So you can't set their value directly. You can try to add thermostat and HVAC to control the zone with your desired temperature.

EnergyPlus has a run-in period which tries to bring your system into equilibrium. How to get that equilibrium to have the temperature and RH values you want depends on what (if any) HVAC system you're using. Can you give a bit more information on what you're trying to do?
