Accessing the BCL: Firewall needs IP address and Port
I would dare to ask this question here.
My PC in my office cannot access Building Component Library because of security issue, so that my PC needs IP address and Port of a PC saving the data of Building Component Library. I have asked several times using 'Help tab' in the link: https://bcl.nrel.gov/, however, I have not gotten any responses so far.
Please kindly help me by showing IP address and Port.

Does your office have a proxy? Are you trying to access bcl.nrel.gov directly from a browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox)?
