I need to simulate a simple box with a simple cooling and heating system. In this box, we have only one radiator heating system that is a kind of radiation and convective heating system. I don't know how to pipe a system to work as a convective heating system in Energyplus. How could it be set?

You want to use one of the ZoneHVAC:Baseboard objects. If you want a combination of radiant and convective effects, ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water or ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Electric would be a good place to start.

Take a look at the following example files:

for an electric baseboard, look at:

5ZoneElectricBaseboard.idf

for a hot water baseboard, look at:

5ZoneSteamBaseboard.idf

Thanks. May I have some screenshot of this simple system in OpenStudio? Sorry I'm new on this subject.

I don't use OpenStudio. You may want to post a new question asking for an OpenStudio ScreenShot
