If I draw two or more separate thermal zones in the space with the different thermophysical properties of the walls (radiance and reflectance), OpenStudio simulates the interaction of this properties between the zones?

I assume you are asking whether OpenStudio (i.e., EnergyPlus) simulates the thermal properties of interior walls, e.g., conductivity, specific heat, absorptance, etc.? The answer to that is yes. If that is not what you are asking, please clarify.

if I draw a urban canyon, the surfaces, with different properties, have effects each other. For example: the rays reflected from a wall hit the opposite wall?
