How to introduce site to source coefficients in OpenStudio, this feature is available in Energy plus idf

@jsole, not all EnergyPlus features are available via OpenStudio SDK and even fewer are available via the application. Most will eventually be in both, but this takes time. In the meantime you can use (or write) an IDF-measure for the specific missing feature.
