Where can I get existing typical building model for residential or commercial building for a specified place?

Hi,all, I am a new user of open studio. Recently I intend to get the cooling load for a typical residential building for Sydney climate, Australia. I want to know whether there is some place where I can download an existing typical building model template for specified place or climate under the local building code instead of creating the model on my own.
