Save added constructions to local construction database [closed]

Hello to the community,

I have added a few materials and constructions to my model and I was wondering if there is a way to save this custom construction database locally, and use it in other models without having to redefine everything from the beginning.

Yes they do! I was looking specifically for construction databases and did not find what I was looking for.
