Outdoor air Cooling and Heating Load in EnergyPlus

I want to see how much heating load or cooling load the outdoor air imposes on the heating and cooling coils. How can I see that? I understand that the zone ventilation sensible heat gain or loss is reported for the Design:FlowRate object.
