Steady flow of Outdoor Fresh Air

Hi! I’m doing some analysis. I have a building model and I want a steady flow of outdoor air. I defined it using ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate and scheduled Always on so I’d get a constant flow of fresh air into the zone.

Can I do the same thing on the AirLoopHVAC:OutdoorAirSystem side by specifying a fraction of outdoor air? I want this outdoor air to affect the building’s heating and cooling loads. When I use ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate, it does affect the loads—does defining it on the air loop work the same way?
