OS V1.09 and V1.10 do not open for me as of Oct 10, 2025 [closed]

As soon as I open OS, or double click an existing model, it fails to open. The error message says TimeOut: failed to start measure manager

I get the option to retry or close, but it just loops back to the error.

I have tried uninstalling and deleting everything OS-related, but I still cant get it to open. Any advice?
