Eplus simulation noisy time series data issue

Hi, I'm trying to get some temperature time series data using Eplus. However, the data I'm getting is awfully noisy (See temperature and mass flow rate).

Are there any settings regarding the simulator or the control loop parameters that I can tweek to get smoother signals?

Note: I'm using Eplus 22.1 and the buildings provided by https://www.energycodes.gov/prototype... .
