Issues running OpenStudio-fault-measure-gem

I am new to OpenStudio and EnergyPlus and have been facing errors trying to run the NonStandardCharging measure of OpenStudio-fault-measure-gem. I installed OpenStudio v2.8.0, Ruby v. 2.2.4, EnergyPlus v.9.1.0.

What seed .osm file can I use which would allow me to test this measure? I am currently using this file.

I was trying to alter the following parameters: q_rat, shr_rat, vol_rat. The simulation failed and I get an error trace in the eplusout.err file similar to the one mentioned here.

Belated suggestion.

The gem hasn't really been updated in the last 5 years. A 2025 update to the README asserts that all measures were successfully tested using OpenStudio SDK v2.8.0. I suggest filing an issue.
