Hello, I have a problem with my open studio simulation , simulation stops at 75%. I read the reviews and previous answers but my problem is that when I go on tree I do not have a file error : eplusout.err . I download the energyplus 8.2 but until I have still no error file

Do you mean you don't have an eplusout.err file in the .\run\5-EnergyPlus-0 directory?

This can happen when EnergyPlus hard-crashes. Can you provide some more information about your setup? Which version of OpenStudio, etc.?

Another cause is a bit upstream of EnergyPlus crash is if OpenStudio fails in forward translation from OSM to IDF. To test if that is a the cause try to export to IDF from the file menu and see if that works.

David Goldwasser, I have several idf file so I wonder where I should export to energyplus because I have : 0.Null 1.Usercript - 0 2.Modeltoidf - 0 3.Expandobjects - 0 4.UserScript - 0 5.Energypluspreprocess - 0 6.Energyplus - 0 and all these files are in the Run

Export the osm-file to idf from the OpenStudio menu to any working directory:

Then run the exported idf-file with EnergyPlus launcher. If the EPlus simulation crashes, this is probably a OpenStudio export failure and the osm-file should be sent to OpenStudio support. From my experience, in some cases OpenStudio does not produce required idf-objects as e.g. in this case, where I could identify what was missing.
