Cooling Design Simulation – Does Running with Only Sensible Load (Default Option) Affect Results?

While running a cooling design simulation in DesignBuilder, I noticed that by default, only the "Sensible Load Only" option is ticked under the design calculations.

I wanted to ask: Does it significantly affect the accuracy or outcome of the design sizing if we leave it at the default setting (i.e., with only sensible load considered) instead of including latent loads as well?

Are there specific scenarios where we must include both sensible and latent loads for realistic equipment sizing, especially in humid climates or for systems like VRF?
