I have a question regarding the OS Version + Legacy OpenStudio SketchUp Plug Version. In all tutorials i found so far ( ) the legacy open studio plugin for sketch up is different to the latest version i dowloaded. For example:There is no dropdown for OpenStudio User scripts (templates); or a "create spaces from a diagram" button, and so on.

Is it better to download an older version of the plugin (if so, which one?)

If you are looking for the Legacy OpenStudio SketchUp Plug-in you can download it here, This version works on EnergyPlus IDF files directly so you will have to have experience working with that format.

You can download the new OpenStudio suite of tools at This new version has more tools associated with it that help you build your model.
