Pat measures don't appear in measure library

I haven't used PAT for a few months now. To restart using it, I dowloaded the 3.9.1 version. I created an new analysis and I tried to use a measure from PAT. I entered in the "add measure" and in the "measure library" I put a tick in all optios for filters and type of measure but in the Category section I wasn't able to see any measure to select in order to add it. I appreciate some help about it. I attach a image showing this.
