Gas-fired Coil vs Hot Water Coil

Hello.

I have proposed model which has gas-fired coil under DOAS. My baseline model has hot water heating coil under DOAS.

DOAS in both models are having very same control, setup and setpoint manager.

Also both Gas-fired htg coil and boiler's efficiencies are set with 80%.

The result shows baseline model has way higher gas consumption, and capacity demand than proposed model.

Following this result, having two questions.

Q1. Can we get to know or check how that boiler and gas-fired coil work to understand why boiler should have more capacity?

Q2. In reality, this is how we expected result normally?
