how to fix static hourly airflow rate in zonal variable data?

I have a question regarding the Zone Node Airflow Rate.
I'm using an AirTerminal:SingleDuct:VAV:Reheat system, but when I analyze the variable outputs, the node airflow rate appears nearly constant. I expected to see hourly variations, especially since the airflow is set to autosize, meaning it should adjust hourly based on the zone demand.
Could you please provide some insight or suggestions on why the airflow rate might not be varying hourly, and how I could resolve this?

If the airflow is constant out of this object then I would check the following: how is the upstream air handler operating? what is the minimum airflow settings? is the zone calling for heating or cooling?
Thank you Greg to take time to answer my question. really appreciate it the handler for outdoor air showing variable performance for hour-by-hour situation the minimum is set to 30% of max air and the system is sizing for both cooling and heating for annual calculation
