How to control mass flow rate at inlet node of ZONEHVAC:BASEBOARD:RADIANTCONVECTIVE:WATER?
So, I have a single zone model with a basedboard radiator connected to a gas boiler. I want to control the mass flow rate through the baseboard using EMS. I checked the .edd file and found out that the following actuator exists EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator Available,NODE 7,System Node Setpoint,Mass Flow Rate Setpoint,[kg/s]
, where NODE 7 is the inlet node to the baseboard. I wrote an EMS program to SET the mass flowrate at the inlet node of the baseboard. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any effect on the mass flowrate, which seems to be calculated interally based on the remaining load.
Can anyone help with this?
