OpenStudio: Adding a second PVAV gives heating coil missing property error

I am trying to model PVAV with reheat per floor for this OpenStudio project.

I keep getting this error about Heating coil has missing property (image below) but that Heating coil isn't attached to any zone or isn't part of the HVAC system? SO I am unsure how to proceed or rectify the error. C:\fakepath\image.jpg

If I add all the zones to one PVAV system, it works fine without any error.
