No mechanical ventilation electricity or losses in Simple Hvac

Hello, I am trying to simulate a model in DB, with simple HVAC. Even though i add schedule 24/7 on and min fresh air, i still don't get losses from ventilation or electricity. It seems my ventilation is not on, why?
