The indoor temperature is higher than the outdoor, but the cooling power is 0 [closed]
I am Chinese so I am slow in learning software. I try to describe my problem clearly.
I set up an employee dormitory as a thermal zone and turn on the ideal air loads, set cooling thermostat schedule is 23 constantly and 20 for heating.
However, during certain time periods in summer, the indoor temperature > outdoor temperature >23. At this time, the refrigeration power is 0, that is, the air conditioner does not work.
The four values from left to right are outdoor temperature, indoor temperature,Zone Ideal Loads Zone Total Cooling Energy,Zone Ideal Loads Zone Sensible Cooling Rate.

@yavi828 what simulation tool are you using? Please mention it in the title or body of your post, as well as add a tag so that others can provide better help.
Also, can you upload your images (they didn't attach correctly) and model to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and then share a URL for others to download? That would help others provide better solutions.
