I am modeling ceiling fans and want to get the amount of energy each flat use under this sub-category.

OtherEquipment,
1:APT3 - LivingRoom,
Electricity,
1:APT3,
_ceiling fan compact,
EquipmentLevel,
15,
,
,
,
0.2,
,
,
Ceiling-fans;

What are my option to get in in the output per flat and not total for the building? Please advice

I don't understand the question. You want just the energy use associated with this one OtherEquipment object? Or total energy use associated with the "Ceiling-fans` end-use subcategory?

To get thermal zone-specific outputs for a given end use subcategory, run the simulation and look in the *.mdd output file for the list of available output meters. You should see one like so:

Output:Meter,<EndUseSubcategory>:InteriorEquipment:Electricity:Zone:<ThermalZoneName>,hourly; !- [J]

For example, if you just wanted the annual energy use, it should be:

Output:Meter,Ceiling-fans:InteriorEquipment:Electricity:Zone:1:APT3,RunPeriod; !- [J]
