I'm looking into the hourly output spreadsheet in CBECC RES, and in addition to Prop (Proposed) and STD (Standard), I saw DRTG, PREPROP and SMF. What do these abbreviations mean?
DRTG is Design Rating-- which is the IECC 2006 (I think) standards version for use in the denominator for producing the EDR (energy design rating) scores. EDR will go away for compliance in the 2025 code. PreProp is preliminary proposed, which models the Proposed Design without PV. SMF is single-family mixed fuel, which is, among other things, used to evaluate Standard design photovoltaic size.
