Can somebody please help me with too many unmet hours issue in my model

Hello, I am new to energy modeling and have been trying to model a System 7 primary baseline case system with other System 3 and System 9 systems in my model. I have set everything up as per AppG and as per design case model but my baseline case model is showing around 1600 unmet heating hours. This is very urgent and I will need some immediate help on this and it will also help me with understanding what settings have gone wrong in my model. Can somebody please take a look into my model and help me with where I have gone wrong?

I have attached the model here but just incase it doesnt show up, here's link to DB support which has the model: https://support.designbuilder.co.uk/s...

I will be happy to try to help you. Please send your model to. Jvdirkes2@protonmail.com As I think about it for another moment, if you have already asked the support team to help you, it’s not too courteous to involve another party without telling the first party. Normally DB support is pretty quick. How long have they had your model?

Hello Jim, I am so sorry for the terribly late response, and thank you for being kind enough to offer help. The DB support team reached out and helped me fix my unmet hours, so I forgot to log in and check here. I want to email you and stay in touch with you, if that is okay.
