I have a very simple simulation with an idealload air object.

I have a DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir where I defined a zone flow rate of 2m3/s.

I specified this object in the idealload object.

Looking to results, I have the good specified flow rate for the output Zone Mechanical Ventilation Standard Density Volume flow rate, but for the output Zone ventilation Standard density volume flow rate, the value is not exactly the same with some oscillation as shown in the attached picture.

I don't understand why. Someone has an idea ? C:\fakepath\Capture d’écran 2024-10-03 174429.PNG.jpg

Sounds like the same question as this. Does that answer solve it?

Thank you for the link. I now understand why the zone ventilation standard or current density volume flow rate are fluctuating. It is because the considered density is the outdoor air density. Nevertheless, considering that the idealLoadsAirSystem object is defined with my design specification outdoor air object, with the flow rate of 2m3/s per zone, I should have the same kind of fluctuations for the output Zone Mechanical Ventilation Standard Density Volume flow rate or Zone Ideal Loads Outdoor Air Standard Density Volume Flow Rate (which are the same). But for theses output no fluctuations.
