I would check out the tutorial below, which shows how to add shading controls...

OpenStudio User Docs - Shading Controls

Shading control type 'OnIfHighSolarOnWindow' should allow you to deploy shading if the incident solar exceeds the value in a setpoint schedule.

How can I change the threshold of the radiation. What's the actual value on the control type 'OnIfHighSolarOnWindow'?

Thanks @LyleK, that's currently the best documentation we have on using the shading controls in OpenStudio. Unfortunately the plugin does not allow you to change the radiation threshold for the "OnIfHighSolar" control option. When using Radiance for the daylighting, the threshold is fixed at 2,000 lux, and this measurement is taken at the centroid of the largest-sized window in the window group. HTH
