"Add a PSZ-HP to each Zone" measure cannot be found [closed]

Hi, I'm trying to add a packaged heat pump to each zone, but I cannot find that measure under the HVAC-Whole system menu. Could you please let me know where I can find it or how I can manually download it? Thanks!
