I was looking for documentation here, https://cse-sim.github.io/cse/cse-user-manual/meter.html#meter But it's not exactly forthcoming. I'm pretty sure it's all in MBTU, as indicated in the Gain section (under 'gnPower') "Note that meter reporting of internal gain is in MBtu (millions of Btu) by default."
