In DesignBuilder schedules can be imported through DDF file format. https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv7.3/#ImportingCustomTemplatesAndComponents.htm

The 3D model import functionality for IDF files does not support importing schedules. All about IDF import in DesignBuilder can be read at https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv7.3/#IDFImport.htm

I don't know what type of schedule you want to define, but DesignBuilder supports a few types. I like working with compact schedules as they are the most concise. https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv7.3/#Schedules_-_EnergyPlus_Compact_Schedules.htm

You will have to adjust the Model Options and use the Detailed HVAC to be able to define the variable humidity setpoints. You will then be able to define schedules at the HVAC System - HVAC Zone level. I have attached two screenshots for reference. image description image description
