There is an issue filed with the OpenStudio Application here https://github.com/openstudiocoalition/OpenStudioApplication/issues/485. It seems that a recent patch to Windows 11 (KB5035942) has fixed the issue that occurred when running the current x86_64 OpenStudio Application on Windows 11 ARM. If you would be able to update your Windows VM in Parallels and let us know if that fixes the issue it would be much appreciated.
