Probably should be using cycling fan mode and also check the cooling EIRfPLR curve to make sure it represents the VS compressor energy. VRF will use a different curve. See figure 10 in https://www.fsec.ucf.edu/en/publications/pdf/FSEC-CR-1910-12.pdf. The VS AC EIRfPLR curve will go lower than the one shown in the figure (blue line) and cross at 0,0.
