I can see how it might be slightly confusing at first... You can just add the VRF System from "My Model" to the demand side of a plant loop. I guess it should make the "Condenser Type" field LOCKED instead of HIDDEN to make it clearer. I'll do that in this PR: https://github.com/openstudiocoalition/OpenStudioApplication/pull/552
