The measure, "Create Baseline Building", currently only supports creating 90.1-2013 baseline models following its App G modeling rules.
The measure, "Space Type and Construction Set Wizard", is unrelated to the ASHARE 90.1 Appendix G.
Our team is working on the measure for 90.1-2019 Appendix G Performance Rating Method (PRM). This work has not been done yet. The development branch is AppendixG_Dev. We currently do not have the ruby measure in the BCL for this.
