objects with the PlantComponent:UserDefined
object. The EMSUserDefined5ZoneAirCooled.idf example file that comes with EnergyPlus shows a case where a PlantComponent:UserDefined
object represents a chiller, so it uses the PlantEquipmentOperation:CoolingLoad
