climate.onebuilding.org will be posting the normals in our next publish cycle (which will include NCEI/ISD data through 2020 and satellite solar data). The normals have several ranges: 1981-2010, 1991-2020, and 2006-2020. We expect to post the new data by the end of November 2021.
