I would recommend not trying to model the roof vents as surfaces w/ conduction heat transfer, since they are holes in the roof that allow air through and do not have thermal properties that one could apply. Rather, I would recommend modeling roof vents as increased infiltration/ventilation in the attic thermal zone.
