This is being addressed in https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/pull/4350. Two new fields are added:
- Control For Outdoor Air [Yes/No]: if set to 'Yes' (default since this is a an object that inherently meant for outside air), it will automatically populate the E+ "Design Specification Outdoor Air Object Name" field (by looking at the ThermalZone it connects to and its spaces).
- Per Person Ventilation Flow Rate Mode: same as the E+ field.
