I'm not sure why that happened, I see your account there and will send you a temporary password from my email. It will prompt you to change the password the first time you login.

Update: BCL is moving way from having a login but in the mean time if you can't get a key, please follow these instructions for the OpenStudio Application, or Parametric Analysis Tool (PAT) where it ask for the BCL key please use this XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
It doesn't matter what the characters in the key are, it just matters that there are the number I have shown. We don't actually check the key anymore but it still needs something it thinks can be a key.
