You could consider the following (I haven't tried this myself, but It's suggested in literature):
some CAD software (Honeybee/Dive for Rhino, groundhog for sketchup,..?) -> genBSDF (a radiance program) -> import in LBNL Window -> export to CFS idf for use in EnergyPlus
