I have only found a "quick and dirty" solution in applying the MEASURE AedgOfficeHvacRadiantDOAS (this should happen in first place before starting with your HVAC as this measure replaces existing HVAC).
The Measure kind of created the missing surfaces for the internal source construction which is necessary for the LOW TEMP RADIANT CONST FLOWFLOORS. I could easily exchange the automatically applied varbiable radiant system to the constant one in Thermal Zones Tab and adjust the automatically created internal source constructions that they correspond to my former floor constructions. Now my model is working.
