There are a lot of ways to apply measures, this depends on how you run it. I'll answer it for Apply Measures now, which I assume is what you did.
Opportunity 1: Right when you run the measure a dialog comes up log, warning and error messages. If you see something there that makes you think it didn't run as expected, it cancels out and leaves your model untouched. Opportunity 2: If you accept it and then decide after to get rid of it you can go to the file menu and revert to saved, or quit without saving the model. OpenStudio forces you to save the model before running a measure, but it doesn't auto-save after the measure runs.
If you have done a bunch of other things since then and saved the model then you are out of luck, unless you save multiple versions of the model or use a version control system (doing one of those two is always a good idea on any design project). If you did something like increase by percentage, you in their could run the measure again to back out of it, but that isn't very clean. If the first two choices don't work for you, can you provide more detail on your specific situation.
