@AleMac If you are about to start your own heat pump development in Modelica, you may consider using the development version at https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/tree/heatPump as a starting point. See the package Buildings.Fluid.HeatExchangers.HeatPumps.WaterToWater. They are not yet part of the next release candidate of the library as they require more testing and code review, but they may serve you as a starting point.
