Coil heating water is intended to be used in an air loop. You shuold rather use ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water obj that is what better reperesent your "high temperature radiators"

Coil heating water is intended to be used in an air loop.
You should rather use ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water obj that is what better reperesent your "high temperature radiators"
UPDATE:
You have to add Baseboard Convective Water
or a Baseboard Radiant Convective Water
in Thermal Zone Tab, under Zone Equipment to each zone served by the loop (see figure below, depending if you want to give it some radiative contribution), then link them to the HW loop; finally in HVAC System tab wou will se them in the corresponding HW loop.

UPDATE::
Better explanation based on OS interface:

in Thermal Zone Tab, under Zone Equipment to each zone served by the loop (see figure below, depending if you want to give it some radiative contribution), then link them to the HW loop; finally in HVAC System tab wou will se them in the corresponding HW loop.
