If that's from an architectural drawing it looks like frit glazing used in the spandrel portion of a curtainwall/storefront assembly. In lieu of project-specific specifications you could choose simply choose a manufacturer and product and then use their data. LBNL's Window software is also helpful for calculating the overall assembly performance for windows. The most recent project I worked on spec'd Kawneer products.
