The EnergyPlus weather website seems to be working fine now, I just downloaded weather files from there a minute ago. The correct URL doesn't have the "-search" that you included at the end, maybe that's the issue.

The EnergyPlus weather website seems to be working fine now, I just downloaded weather files from there a minute ago. The correct URL doesn't have the "-search" that you included at the end, maybe that's the issue.
If the EnergyPlus weather site is down for maintenance or you can't access it again in the future for some other reason, another resource for free weather files is Climate.OneBuilding.Org. They actually have more locations of weather data than the EnergyPlus weather website does.
