@crisrossatto I saw this error as well so I ran the model through the online gbXML validator https://gbxml.org/validator/Pages/TestPage.aspx
I saw many errors including this one
ERROR: The 'date' attribute is invalid - The value '21/11/2019 08:51:19' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:dateTime' - The string '21/11/2019 08:51:19' is not a valid DateTime value. Line Position 16 Line Number: 6221
I had to remove createdBy from ModelHistory as well as schedules. Then it opened with out errors, but the geometry, shown below, doesn't look complete and ready to run.
