I don't know if this is possible via the SketchUp workflow, but if you wanted to use EnergyPlus's Foundation:Kiva object for the foundation heat transfer, you would assign "Foundation" as the entire wall's outside boundary condition and then you can specify the Wall Height Above Grade.
